The women who accused him of sending the texts messages were fired after the complained to their employer. Favre had power over these women. When they didn't do what he wanted, they both lost their jobs. This is a serious matter, but most sports websites and TV programs buried the story. They missed a chance to talk about sexual harassment in their industry, which makes me wonder whether that was the plan all along. And this wasn't the first time Favre was accused of sexting. In 2010, the Jets sideline reporter Jennifer Serger said Favre texted her a photo of his penis, as well as several other shots of him masturbating.
